Just some more concepts for the upcoming comic! These chaps seem fairly well equipped. Some still wear their imperial uniforms and equipment; most likely being from the Petrograd garrison. I think my favorite is the commissar and his dog. I'm glad I added the canine... he kinda came as an afterthought.

Your commissar looks very much like Kliment Voroshilov who was a red army commissar and became the head of the red army during Stalin’s reign
